We have negotiated a rate of $75/night for 2 people and there are rooms w/1 king bed and rooms w/2 double beds. These prices are substantially lower than the normal rates, and this is a great hotel that is just 3 years old. The absolute cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is September 2. After that, any remaining rooms in our block will be released, and reservations will be charged at the daily rate. Restaurants in the local area are:
