We have negotiated a rate of $75/night for 2 people and there are rooms w/1 king bed and rooms w/2 double beds. These prices are substantially lower than the normal rates, and this is a great hotel that is just 3 years old.

We will again have a separate parking area for the LF truck and vehicles, so make your reservations early. We have initially 50 of each type of room blocked out, but if we fill the group block early, we can probably get more rooms?! 

The absolute cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is September 2. After that, any remaining rooms in our block will be released, and reservations will be charged at the daily rate.
